@ crispinhay-I agree. Leo's way of thinking really does simplify and focus things. I've been rereading the book and although not everything in it works for me, a lot does and I keep finding myself thinking about what great insight he has.

Hi Kalyn. Good luck! I'm always amazed at how I can have times where I've exercised consistently for several months and then all of the sudden I find I've slipped out of the habit and its been weeks/months. Having the habit be daily (even if some days are a very small amount) has made a huge difference for me over the last year or so. Seems to keep the momentum going.

Both habits were pretty minimal today but I'm glad to have done something on them. Looking forward to an April health habit- probably something to improve eating. Eating junk food seems to be my default stress reliever
