day 3 = successful although I did get up very late (11:30) I did my morning routine which was the habit I'm trying to make this month so that is all that matters. I might focus on getting up earlier in a upcoming month.
Wrote my 3 MITs
1. Make notes for health, stress and coping
2. Make notes for mental disorders
3. Print all out and label.
I was successful in completing all my MITs yesterday and finished them by 4pm resulting in the rest of the day at leisure.
