Hi, I'm a little confused but i need some focus right now so i hope im doing this right. Been reading 'The Power of less' thats how i ended up here, its says pick a goal 'To be physically healthier', break it down; eat better, eat less, exercise more, meditate, sleep - i think that covers it for now.
make a 30 day challenge - drink water at least a 1litre a day, buy a water bottle (not a throw away one) and fill it in the morning and drink it throughout the day. come back and report.
