Daily reporting for February 6

Followed routine this morning, although I woke up much later.  It was at 10:15 am during meditation that I suddenly felt light-headed and nauseous from not eating breakfast.  I had to stop and eat.

Morning routine completely done the first time - tomorrow it will be right in the morning
-- create @today task list
-- check projectplan (my major study milestones in it)
-- ckeck "bick rocks" >> @today
-- process next two days in calendar
-- process notes from mobile phone
-- process notes from notebook
-- process tudumo (to do manager)
-- Identify the MITs in @today and prioritize
-- schedule times to do tasks
-- process email inbox
