no workout or run today, but those habits are 5 x per wk, so on course with that.
hours working on big work project
did evening routine, inc 10 min sit, 5 item grat list, cv, declutter etc

Followed routine as planned this morning.
Almost late for work again though. I have to get up just a bit earlier.
1. Walking Daily: I did walk in the AM today (Thurs) after falling off the habit for a couple of days.
2. 10 mn Declutter: I have been perpetually doing this at work due to moving offices; but could improve by setting a timer as I am sort of "grazing" my way through decluttering, if that makes sense.
@chrisishabitforming, welcome and keep up the great start! Having the forum has definitely kept me going for my first month.
