Day 25 of 30 - Hi everyone :) .... I am determined to not give up on posting, because although I feel like I have done okay on this habit, my next ones may not be so small. I have really been working hard on my clutter the last few days and am showing the fruits of my labor! I know what my next 30 day habit will be, but will post when I am done with my 30 days (actually I will make it 31 days for January).

Everyone seems to be keeping to a great schedule...I hope I will be able to keep up with you as soon as I start adding my new habits!

Hi all.Keep up the good work paulainmidtown. Seems like the more you get one habit down.  The more likely it is the new ones stick too.  I think posting can be helpful too in that it turns those days where you might not do anything thinking you'll get back on track tomorrow, into days where you at least do something even if its as much as you'd like.

@bugalooski- congrats on almost to Jan 31!!

Have you heard that February is the new January? Actually, February 14 is Lunar New Year so I figure I'm ahead of the game.

Lots of upheaval in the last two months as my family returned to Canada from Beijing, weathered the Christmas holidays, and got settled into our new routine with both kids in daycare. I am finally feeling on top of things again and it's time to return to the Power of Less forum.

My habits are rather in a shambles. I am sporadically getting up early to write, often staying up too late, and haphazardly setting MITs. For February I plan to get these habits back on track and start a new one using the 6changes method, very slow.

So to recap my intentions:

Screens off by 9 pm
Bed by 10 pm
Up at 5:30 am, write for one hour
Set three MITs

My new February habit will be blogging for 15 min a day. I'll come back tomorrow and write more about that. For today, posting here is a big step forward.
