Thanks Karamerjo! Good luck on keeping up with your habits!!!!!  

Well honestly, it's not my new habit, it's more like starting the ex habit in a NEW way, thanks lbabauta's advice from the book.

I gotta learn how to manage using the time better every single day. My class just started yesterday, so I gotta spend some time on doing homework, cook for dinner, training for work, this and that and this and that. No matter what.....I will make sure that 15mins ex is done.

Hi all sorry to miss yesterday . I am in a warm climate for the weekend and did my walk on the beach. Ha! Take that, winter!
