sticking to a morning and evening schedule beginning on Monday, January 4
I've been a nightowl as long as I can remember. However, I've come to the realization that it's a lifestyle no longer serves me. Therefore, in order to wake up 30 minutes earlier and actually get more sleep, I've set up a schedule (I linked to it from my browser homepage--I'm religious when it comes to internet browsing) that breaks down my morning, evening and nighttime routines. I'm really excited, and admittedly a little nervous, about making this change. I'll start tomorrow evening. Wish me luck! :)

So far, so good. I actually got into bed last night at 10:45 (unheard for me...normally after 12:30), and woke up at 7:15 a.m. (again, haven't done that in months). And to top it off, it was actually pretty easy! Day (or night) two, here I come.
Hi girlpaint...well good for you! I always think the first day is the hardest because you usually feel the worst - well for me anyway! I actually was very tired last night and went to bed at 9pm...also unheard of for me (I'm usually 11pm)...but ended up waking at 2:30am then tossed and turned for 3 hours!!! Arrrgh! So, tonight I must be able to sleep like a baby, right? :) - paulainmidtown
