3 or less sodas: 2 so far. I've noticed I tend to eat more when trying to decrease soda consumption. Looking for something sweet I guess. Definitely want to figure out how to decrease soda consumption with out substituting junk food.

Bah. I've fallen off the wagon again. I was looking at my Joe's goals records and I haven't posted anything since Tues June 30th. Here we go again!

Today (the 5th) will be better!
