Daily Reporting for 3 July
Blurg. What a day. I woke up in a foul mood, work nonsense. I just let it get to me and I shouldn't. So, I slept in, and by the time I got to my email, one of the forums I'm on, the Apple Learning Interchange, had been hacked into and I got an email saying I should change that password, and any account that may use the same password. So, I decided to change all of my passwords, and spent a good part of the morning doing that (I know, there is software that makes it faster, I'll get it...). I still haven't written yet today, I'm hoping to soon, I just felt the need to report in on everything else before we went out.
Up at 5:30 am, laid in bed watching silly TV till 6:30.
Health:
Did 30 minutes of Pilates.
Walked 13757 steps yesterday.
Counted calories yesterday, ate in range.
Organization:
Decluttered for about 30 minutes.
Emails cleared and sorted
Professional Development:
No writing, but I did some serious networking with a couple of good contacts.
mhnyc- how frustrating. I keep forgetting about things like hackers, viruses, hard drive crashes etc until they happen. then it's a complete deal to get back to my typical computing life. Hope things are back to normal soon.
Today's report
Productivity
MITs- done
Weekly review- did today. still feel overwhelmed everytime I do one of these. I'm hoping that by doing them consistently and also consistently looking for things I can drop I will feel less panicked.
Health
Activity- swimming
3 or less sodas- 3 so far today. I really would like another right now but the plan is to stop at 3.
Communication
No complaints today.
Bed at 10:45 last night. I went to see a movie! All by myself! It felt very luxurious (I saw Pixar's UP, which was great.) Then I stayed up to do a blog post (I'm trying to post to my writing blog every day) and a coaching email.
Up at 4:22 this morning and did research for the novel for 90 minutes. Getting some logistics sorted out so I can write the opening section.
