Bed at 10:40 last night. I probably need a "no computer after 9 pm" habit because the web surfing gets me every time!
Up at 4:55 and did 1.5 hours of research for the novel.
Agresik, you are such an inspiration. I am so impressed by how you have stayed so consistent. It helps me every morning!
Up at 5:40 am (that extra 10 minutes was me arguing with myself to get out of bed)
Health:
Did light weights and stretching for 30 minutes.
Walked 9648 steps yesterday
Counted calories, ate in range.
Organization:
Emails cleared and sorted
Decluttered for 15 minutes
Professional Development:
I'm on my paper right now, I've done 45 minutes, and will keep going as long as I can today. Work is already interfering, and I just won't let it be too out of hand.
