Daily Reporting for 30 June
June: Emptied e-mail to zero this morning but am finding I'm slipping back into using the in-box as a task list - need to rethink my approach.
May: Watched video on blogging.
April: Worked on new chapter for my novel for an hour this morning.
All, Sorry I missed yesterday. It was the chaos of being on campus all day. The job is my biggest distraction from being healthy, I really have to work to be ready for the fall.
June: Wrote a bit this morning. I'm hoping to be back on track tomorrow.
May: Decluttering my "junk" room. Oomph - tough stuff.
April: Emails cleared and sorted.
March: Up at 5:30 yesterday, 5:40 today.
Feb: Walked 11089 steps two days ago, 9129 yesterday
Jan: Counted calories. Ate in range.
July: Building on my health habit, I will add 30 minutes of yoga or weight circuit 5-6 days a week.
Trigger: waking up.
Mantra: It's now or never.
Treat: talk to old friends.
Hi All. No complaints for today. Did not do so well on the drink less than 3 sodas per day habit. This one has been gradually slipping and i need to get it turned around again. Plan for july is to work on continuing all habits established so far (especially the soda habit) and to perform a gtd like weekly review once weekly. Good luck with your july habits everyone.
Hey everyone,
July goal: I started my July goal today. I am interning at a church so I'd like to put in 30 minutes of work into it a day. Today I prepped for a bible study that I led; read for 20 min on evangelism; emailed 7 people about a marriage course I'm running in September
Maintenance goals:
Health: I watched a youtube clip on low carb living and read Gary Taubes on low carb dieting for 20 min total.
Marking: school is done. I am starting an accounting course. I'm replacing my marking goal daily with working on my accounting course.
Swearing: I replaced my negative goal with a positive goal. Today I replaced swearing for positive speech one time.
Cheers everyone!

Great job on getting up at 540am! I'm curious, how long did it take to get to the point where you could consistently get up so early. How did you do it? I've also got a junk room that I need to declutter. My wife's added that to one of my projects for the summer. Cheers :)
