FEB: Declutter/Organise 15+ minutes: Laundry & Kitchen

APR: Food Log + Better Health Decision: 1 slice bread instead of 2 on sandwich
MAY: No internet / e-mail until Stretch/Declutter YES!!
JUN: Review Do / Do NOT Do - Stopped Day at 7pm to minimize timewasters
JUL: Daily TODO List - helped to ID declutter/org activities
Hi all. Things went well today. No complaints (or at least that I can remember). Other habits went pretty well. @ceg130 Nice work on the internet/email delay. I have been terrible lately about checking email to often and too early.
I've been skipping again!
I'm back at it though.
June goal: swearing - logged it in joe's goals. I swore 7 times. My life coach told me I should switch this goal to something positive, so I am now logging everytime I choose life affirming speech over swearing. This will start tomorrow Lord willing.
May - marking - done.
April - working out goal - read Gary Taubes for 20 and watched some low carb you tube clips.
h1: First habbit for 1 month completed.
h2: First days of regular exercising durnig the day done.

h1: Sitting every evening for 10-15 min.
h1.5: Declutter work environment
h2: Exercise 2-3 times a week, only stair-cases for none exercising days
June: Got very caught up in e-mail - it's proving to be hard to check only 3 times since I work from a home office with colleagues in distant places . . . might have to rethink my approach for July.
May: Watched a couple of videos and listened to some podcasts about online business.
April: Worked on my novel for an hour and then spent 4 hours finishing the grant application for $$ to finish my novel.
