Daily Reporting for 28 June
I'm thinking about the rest of the year, and I have decided to build on the habits I've already started. What I've learned (particularly from the many slips I've had in both waking early and in eating in a healthy manner), is that some of these life changes I'm making are fundamental. To solidify these changes, I'm going to add to, or reinforce the 3 things I am working on - health (Jan and Feb habits), organization (April and May habits), and professional development (June habit). Waking early is making all this possible, so that I can keep these changes going into the school year.
June: Writing - I'm taking a break this weekend :-).
May: Started a major decluttering project, I'm hitting the "junk room" now.
April: Emails sorted and cleared
March: Up at 5:30 am
Feb: Walked 12071 steps yesterday
Jan: Counted calories, ate in range.
@mhnyc-good point I like your plan. I'm going to take a similar approach. For july I'll be adding a weekly review habit on one day and then continuing to work on the others the remaining days.
JAN: 30+ min Read Book or Listen TTC Lecture: Brief History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson
FEB: Declutter/Organise 15+ minutes: Financial Papers for Shredding
(CHANGE) MAR: Stretch 5-10 min: 8 min
APR: Food Log + Better Health Decision: 1 slice bread instead of 2 on sandwich
MAY: No internet / e-mail until Stretch/Declutter NO
JUN: Review Do / Do NOT Do - OK Went to bed early instead of internet surfing
mhnyc - thoughtful approach I will consider in future
