Daily Reporting for 12th February
Again, only took out contact lenses but skipped brushing teeth and flossing. Just laziness, I'm afraid. Will need to refocus motivation and really get going to establish a new habit.
Day 7: Apple after lunch and persimmons after dinner. Finished more approximately 8-9 glasses of water. Feeling good!
Day 9: Did my goal processing. It's becoming effortless now.
