Daily Reporting for 29th January
mon, jan 27--1 glass wine, 2 margaritas (I may have recorded this day)
tues jan 28-- 1/2 beer, 1 margarita
Sometimes it's automatic and sometimes not .. last 2 days more forced but did still result in writing a business plan for my blog BodyIncredible.com and this morning a 'life plan' for me .. so it's working, whether forced or not!
2nd day completed of stretches. Trigger not working, perhaps find another. Struggle to remember. Grateful for having done stretches for 2 days in a row.

Woke up this morning before alarm - up out of the house by 05:30 for gym workout
Done for today, researching web 2.0 tools and tips.
Today I am thankful for: 1. Being able to read a book (no electricity and TV has its advantages); 2. My sister coming home from the hospital; 3. HEAT!
Day 29

got up @ 6:45 - ok!

did a 15 minute mindfulness meditation. ok!

did a 15 minute Chinese vocab review . Great!
Day 29. It's getting a bit hard to concentrate at times, but today I managed. Sometimes you feel like your body is too robotic, and can't do anything about it. Whenever you fall in the right state, though, it's easier to stay in it.
Did my visualization today, but not right after my trigger, it was more difficult these few days because I am a bit ill and solving some emotional things..but I keep going and having benefits from my visualizations. Have a good day everybody.
Good, but shorter morning routine today. Got up early and did my sports, read my feeds, sorted my priorities for the day and connected with my larger goals. Did not make a blog post and will have to do this later today. But still pretty happy with my achievements.
did my exercise and a stretching combination. 2 more days....
Day 16. Got up basically immediately (maybe 30 seconds after) my alarm went off and touched my toes ten times. was a little tired at first but was fine after the stretches... yup.
Completed reading for 30 minutes -still Amy Johnson (Queen of the Air) by Midge Gillies. Starting to think about my February new habit.
MIT's have been determined and written. Overall going pretty well. Not exactly an automatic habit but it is at least a habit now.
@maryeulrich. Your posts are always very inspiring to me. Thanks for all the updates. About 1 year ago I established a habit where each tuesday of the week I list 5 things I'm grateful for. It's really helped keep my perspective. Good luck to you and all with our new habits.
