Just logged in to see that there is no reporting thread for the day, so started a fresh one for the day. Is it because, being in India, I am in front by about half-a-day to all of you in the US/Canada?

Anyway, got up at 7 pm, did my pranayama and made my journal entry. Today being a no-run day, didn't go out for my morning run.

Wish that all of you have a great day ahead!

I am today down to 72.4 kg. My upper arms are still paining from morning's aerobics, but its good to notice that my stamina has increased tremendously. Now I actually look forward to the daily exercise! Oh, if this truly becomes a habit, I am going to have a blast this year :D

Have a great day ahead!

Day 21 of morning meditation.

Today was by far the best. I managed to reach (at least the initial level of) hyper-awareness. It was like I was above all the thoughts and things. Or, rather, not above, but through them all. As if my mind had previously been a piece of ice, and now it melted and turned into water, and so could get through things easily. A great feeling!

Had a bad night and slept much longer than usual.
But I managed to work on my papers anyway.
Most difficult thing seems to be to report daily....

Wow what a day!
Today I am thankful for: 1. A President who can make a bold speech about ideas; 2. A President who can energize a nation to action; 3. Ideas that direct me on how I can help by spreading hope and change.

G'day!  My daily task is to start with an inspirational reading.  Did my usual reading then watched a replay of the inauguration speech given by Barrack Obama in the US.  (I am based in Australia so the inauguration occurred in the middle of the night here).  Great speech!  Inspiring words indeed.  I hope to see in the future, action fitting for those words.  Like those participating in this 'challenge' would know, words are easy, action is what speaks loudest.

Day 8. Woke up when my alarm rang and touched my toes 10 times successfully. Sure felt tired though.

Hi everyone!

Day 3

Did my yoga last night and 15 min this am. Also did 30 min swim.

Although not in my Habit Change, I was at a family function last night and at really poorly. I need to focus on something else at these occasions as I definitely wasn't hungry. I first thought I ate (alot!) because of conditioning but now I realise that I find our family getogether's very stressful!

Need to change this.

Good morning everyone.
Since this is daily reporting I think I should report when I don't reach my goal of habit change.  I wasn't motivated to paint as my morning was thrown off. Husband stayed home to watch the inauguration and was in front of the TV most of the day, so I felt the need to get out.
The plan for this morning is to paint.

Ahhh...whatever school does to me, it is bad. I  missed reporting yesterday, but still counted my overabundance of calories. I did take my lunch, but by the time I got home I was famished. Went to the grocery store, bought some healthy junk food ( which was only 150 calories and 2 gms fat per serving, but the bag held 3.3 servings and I ate the entire thing- no more junk food, I can't be around it!), along with two bags of veggies. I was tired and cranky by nine o'clock. I need another job.
