Good morning. Got up earlier than my planned 4am, but it's all good. My body says it's time to get on with the day.

Have a good day.

Day 5 at 5AM. This morning was tougher but I did it. It's 0 degrees in Louisville, KY this morning. I can't wait to get through 30 days and start the next habit.

Ronn01 – Day 15 of recording my dreams and thoughts upon waking. I was dreaming this crazy dream when I awoke and with it came this resonant idea “to focus on what is important.” It leads me to think about the activities of the day. I had to ask myself: “is the activity in alignment with my personal growth and development? Do my actions foster an intimate connection with others? Does it provide for the maintenance and upkeep of my environment? Or, do my efforts contribute to financing my freedom? If the answer in “no” then the activity will probably be a waste of my time or not in my best interest.

Today I am thankful for: 1. My husband, who went with me to see the movie Twilight, even though he knew he would hate the story; 2. My daughter-in-law's safe plane journey home from Brazil; 3. My son's caregiver who keeps calling me with updates.

Yesterday I started drawing to prep for another painting. I am noticing how hard it is to start each and every one and all the ways I try to avoid starting. Once I actually start it's OK and I am able to relax.

Terrible morning today. I couldn't sleep and got up later than needed. Had to rush to work. During the day I managed to calm everything down and focused on present moment. Did my visualization NOW! :)

Day 2- i successfully rose at 6:20 when my alarm went off and touched my toes 10 times. Woke up feeling a little resistant to feeling grateful about all the good things in my life while i touched my toes, but still did it. i kept looking at my fan- which has like 0 dust on it because i dust it and our house is pretty new- and thinking about how nice of a place i have managed to steer myself into with the previous choices and all the hard work i've done in the past :)
