All going nicely. Another day, another article before emails. I think I may almost be naturally in this new habit now!

Good morning.
Another morning of 10 minute meditation. Number 5 to be precise.
Improvized conditions but visualization done. I do not have to force myself to do this habit anymore I can see the benefits that I get for 10 min daily on this.
Day 14
(i)
got up @ 6:45 - very easy!
(ii)
did a 15 minute mindfulness meditation. Great!
(iii)
did a 15 minute Chinese vocab review - Easy.
Still very motivated.

Don't know why, but I stayed in bed longer than usual and even if I did my daily trigger, I didn't automatically start to exercise.
I managed to exercise on the run before leaving for work, I'd say goal is half-completed.
Cheers,
Francesco
Alright, the 5AM part is getting a little easier each day, but remembering what day I'm on is getting harder. Day 4. Maybe I should start a habit in February to remember which day I'm on. I'm enjoying all the things I finish before 9AM. Off to bible discipleship class, take care.
OK. Today is my day 2. Didn't get to organising my room. Put this down to having other demands on my time, and the heat - it's v v v HOT here :) What I did do was a bunch of phone calls and personal admin stuff. So ticked another 'to do' off my list. Will do my room tomorrow. And will start on the dining room as well.
I love reading these posts - those that are doing well and esp those that are still working on the formula to achieve their goals. It makes me feel part of something. Like together we can achieve what we want.
did my meditation this morning although my little girl was off school. it's not hard to ghet to the cushion any more - but stilling the mind may take longer!
started humbly another book- this time about rails :)
now i need to declutter my office :)
I am up early today! Put my alarm where I had to get up & turn on a light - that's the only thing that works. Forgot to grind my coffee last night but grinding it this am didn't seem to wake everybody up. School starts soon so I will be glad I'm establishing this habit now.
day 6. Scheduled my day and i'm up and at 'em. still feel way more in control of life than before. :-)
Day 13.
I'm back on track. By 7:45 AM my goal was accomplished.
I have my day planned out and all my email checked (I do have two non-work related emails to catch up on though). Also, I had some time to read this morning before going to work. Yesterday was a productive day. It was one of those days I had stuff to do that I really don't enjoy doing at times.
Helping Strategy...
The benefit of having a small planner has kept me focused. I can't get over commited to things if it cannot fit in my planner. The "to do list" of items is manageable as long as I keep each activity listed in the to do column. Each multiple part task of a project I continue to keep broken down in segments. It is a blessing to keep things simple.
I have been reading in the Old Testament about moses and the construction of the tabernacle/tent of meeting and how they were able to do so much with God's help in the later part of Exodus... it is fascinating....
Well, I have to go to work. -- Bye bye..
