13th January: I had to literally drag myself out of bed, i need to get to bed before midnight if this habit is going to work. Anyway the trigger worked and i walked but only 20 min and not the extra 10 i did yesterday. Time management is an issue.

Well I was up 20 minutes before my alarm :D
Strange thing is i feel a bit bad as i also woke up 1 hour before my alarm, then dozed for 40 mins. Guess i Should put it in perspective, I was still up 20 mins before this weeks target :D
Getting into bed is still an issue, can't seem to let go of the day, gonna work on that.
Any way guys, Hope you are all having a good day, and your habits are still going strong :D

I achieved my little goal again today.  I have been thinking my goal is too easy and I need to step it up.  Today I finished Leo's Power of Less book and he recommends starting with a very small goal, letting the anticipation of doing more build up, and holding yourself back from doing too much at the beginning.  Hmmm - normally when I start something new, I do let my impatience and enthusiasm eventually overwhelm me, so I'm going to take Leo's advice.  I'm on day 10 of a very small goal, and I'm going to stick to that small goal every day in January and dream about how great it will feel to step it up at the beginning of next month.  That's a new trick I haven't tried.  It seems so easy, it feels like cheating.  I hope it works!

Out the door before 05:30 again - off to the gym - good strong workout .

Evenings are balancing out as well - as am actually tired in the evening - don't think its all summer humidity sucking the energy out of me .

Day 13. So far I only did leg lifts. No time for running, or maybe it's just that I'm absolutely not in the mood. Maybe I'll try an evening session for once. But at least I did the leg lifts. The scale is looking good by the way!

Up at 5AM. Woke up 4 minutes before alarm was set to go off. This is day number 3 for me. Does it count if I wake up and post, then go back to bed-just kidding.
The accountability of posting this message has been the key. I feel compelled to wake up, open my MAC and post to this forum so I don't let a bunch of people I don't know and have never met down. Cool! Until manana.

I'll have to admit, I have been bad about posting on the daily forum. However, I have been doing fairly well with my challenge. My challenge is to wake up at 4am everyday. I have been meeting this goal except when I don't make it to bed on time. I will continue to work on the things that make this goal hard to accomplish.
