I got up today at 4am.... my 4th day..
Slept again at 5 - 8 am with an argument within myself that my goal is just to get up at 4am.. not what i do after that...:-) Anyway, 4am - 5am I was wide awake, without feeling drowsy...

Up at 6 this morning, still 30 mins before schedule, but not as good as the rest of the week week. Hardest part is getting to bed early, have to work on that over the next few weeks as i move my goal earlier.

Well today was weekend so aim was to be up by 07:00 ( non workday)

well woke up well before that - just dozed - listened to early morning radio - but still up early - all that without an alarm.

no exercise today was an off day - went to the cricket match ( NZ vs West Ind)

**
am thinking that it might be best for the bodyclock to wake up the same time on all days though - something to consider

Today I am thankful for: 1. The Shack, a book which was very healing to me; 2. My son found an apartment and can move in on Wed; 3. My husband did all the laundry yesterday.

I had to change my trigger for weekends. My original trigger was to do the sun salutations when Mike went to work. For weekends, my trigger is to do them when I finish my coffee. My arms are getting very strong now, and I want to add an inversion to the routine, maybe extend the time by 5 minutes.

Today I did exactly 1 exercise workout, which is my primary challenge anyway. The other days I kept on exercising after the 10 mins minimum though, but today I didn't feel like doing it. Anyway, still on track, and daily trigger works like a charm!

Hi all, hope you're all prospering!
Just did 30 minutes of meditation - mind distracted, as usual, but must have had some experience of mindfulness as i feel calmer now, ready to face the frosty white outside!

Good afternoon!

Managed to fall asleep early last night and woke up at 4am feeling more rested. Scared myself silly going to the kitchen to make myself tea. My mind was not properly awake and I didn't bother to turn the light in the passage on. Saw my reflection in the mirror hanging on the wall, and for a moment there, I thought there was someone else walking beside me. Ran to the light switch so I could see the home invader:-). The adrenaline wiped out whatever sleep I may have had.

Done my medidation today without time constraint (no train to catch on week-end), I was more distracte today...I've been to tai-chi after that (my first week since since my return in town), really enjoy it.
