Good morning! Had trouble sleeping last night, which made waking up at 4am a bit more difficult. But I dragged myself out of bed and am out and about.

Good morning everyone,

Just a bit different, it took 10 seconds to drag me out of bed at 06:30 and now I have already did my prayer (meditation)

Awake, out of bed, and 1 hour ahead of schedule, on with the day :-)

Went for aerobics even if it meant dragging myself off the bed. Well I was in for a surprise!

I had weighed myself on the 5th of Jan and the scale showed 76.7kg(my highest ever). Today it showed 75.3.

But, considering the holidays were spent feasting(mostly on wrong food), I was probably just constipated on Monday morning ;P

I am 5 feet 5 inch only and that means there's a long way to go.

Was in a foul mood this morning as am in very touristy Surfers Paradise and sunburnt! I long for empty beaches and real food .. plus missing my exercise routine. However - am going to take back control of my mood and to that end did another forced writing session this morning in order not to forego my zenhabits challenge. Felt a million percent afterwards!

Had troubles getting up today but dragged myself out of the bed and did my morning routine, visualization challenge included. I ended up on average time 10 minutes, my visualization will serve as a good guidance for today, since my mind seems to be quite erratic. :)

Morning, all fellow challengers!

To recap, my challenge is to take one tiny step in the direction of Getting Things Done, namely to identify and write down the tasks i need to get done (with the wish that i'll actually then get around and actually *do* them :)

It's getting harder and harder to think of *new* things that need to be done. I thought of one work related task and three personal ones, so my focus must change a bit. In addition to adding any new stuff i can think of, i'll add a review bit which i caught from Tim Ferris' blogging about this very challenge (here: http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/2009/01/07/the-power-of-less-leo-babauta-zen-habits/ ) : "Set your 3 MITs (Most Important Tasks) each morning."

What would feel great is to have a list of tasks that i've actually *done* too :)

Up early & out the door on the way to the gym by 05:30 .....

Need to try & get to sleep earlier though - that said in the middle of humid summer is a bit of an ask

Day 8. I'm glad that I started exactly on January 1st, because it makes it a lot easier to remember what day I'm on :)
Today I did leg lifts and pushups.

Day 8. Meditation went surprisingly well, I'm now able to focus on being present more and more each day. (Hope it's a tendency that won't stop tomorrow.) I didn't sleep well for some reason, and woke up worried after bad dreams. Zazen helped me to shake everything off and start a day calm and mindful. No after-birthday syndrome, as I didn't drink last night (which is good).

My morning routine was a little disturbed by a friend that rang at my door. Anyway, back on track, I did my Chi-Kung exercise and my back is thanking me already. Still very motivated and curious to see if I'll be able to complete the challenge this time.
2/25 (I started on Jan 7th).

Ronn 01 – Day eight of recording my dreams and thoughts upon waking. I did not remember my dreams. My thoughts were on keywords for a website I am planning. I greet this day with love in my heart and an attitude of gratitude.

Hai

Today, I found it very difficult to stay with my 30 minutes of organizing papers.
Lots of single papers to store in different folders - lot of work and no end to see.... :o(((
