Early riser - excercise

Okay,
Before I started this challenge I was exercising late evening - but getting up around 07:00am for work.

My dilemma now is while I am getting up early ok - don't really have the energy for a late evening workout.

My original plan was to move my workout to Morning in Feb - But think I need to bite the bullet & move the workout in the Morning now - will test this out tomorrow - see how things work

Alex,

For what it is worth I've been down this road several times. I find the mornings to be best for a workout that gets me sweating and the evenings a time to do something less aerobic like Yoga or Tai Chi. I'm not talking the power yoga type, but something that allows the mind to settle and the body to get the kinks out after a day of stress.

The early workout gets you going and keeps you on your toes, alert, ready for anything. The evening workout relaxes the mind and body.

I find if I do both a hard morning and evening workout, it is difficult to sleep for some reason.

Well done, Alex! The dogs got me up this morning, but once I was up, I was headed to do my Tai Chi. Yoga tonight!
